Screening of award-winning indie film, Rocaterrania, by Brett Ingram, June 20, 2012; seating at 6:30pm
Just watching the trailers on Brett Ingram's website will make many want to see this film, whether filmmakers, artists, storytellers, or lovers of either. Rocaterrania is a feature length documentary exploring the secret world of visionary artist Renaldo Kuhler, a scientific illustrator for the NC Museum of Natural Sciences.
Director and producer Brett Ingram will present his award-winning film, which has also aired regionally on PBS, at 7pm on Wednesday, June 20 in The Creative Center's Screening Room, (Room 213). Although attendance is free, donations are gratefully accepted. Seating begins at 6:30pm.
Formerly a journalist, physics teacher, and electrical engineer on the Space Shuttle Main Engine Program, Brett Ingram has been making films since 1990. His documentaries and animated films have screened at hundreds of festivals around the world, winning dozens of awards.
